First Blog Ever!

All right - so I've kept personal journals in the past.. but they get no one anywhere. Heck, I don't even want to look at them because the handwriting is so bad it gives me eyestrain. Besides, there is something about a diary when your twenty-three that screams immaturity. Can you imagine me turning to my live-in boyfriend, (whose name btw is Nick), and saying.. "oh excuse me honey while I sit here and put all of my most personal thoughts and feeling in this meaningless book and don't tell you any of it,".... ?? No sense what-so-ever.

Regardless of that, I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself and possibly give some reason why I'm doing this. This has always seemed odd to me; to post personal day to day happenings or random thoughts on life for the public to gaze over and comment on - but it is in this light that I begin my experiment on blogging. Who knows, maybe people will love the pictures I post, or I'll have some sort of dillerious rant that facinates me and I end up with a new book idea out of it. Any way that you look at it, it seems like a good time right now, (and its given me a good way to kill at least a half hour of every day).
